And I’m like….man. I’m proud of him for being 41. Because he could have been dead at 27. In his twenties, he was depressed, suicidal, and struggling with addiction. But, he made it past all that. He got sober. He got treatment for his mental illness. He made it to 30, and then 40, and he’s still going. And to me, that’s inspiring.

And it’s not like his career ended when My Chemical Romance broke up, either. I hate when people treat him like some has-been. He’s composing his second solo album right now. His first graphic novel is being adapted into a television series. He’s writing multiple new series for DC Comics (have y’all been reading them? They’re so good). He has a beautiful wife and daughter. He’s thriving.

hello, my name is noa and im 19yo latine nonbinary person who’s finally moving away from my abusive family!!! ive asked for help before and now i need help again.

i was living in the same city as my parents, just sharing a house with other people and going to uni where i had a scholarship. i still felt really unwell and was still in a bad situation as i was very scared of running into my rapist + my family still had him over at their house, but i did the national exam again and got in a uni far from home!!!a really good + lgbt+ friendly and they offer student support! the best news is, its 4 hours away from my parents so ill be away from my family!!!

though im really happy to be moving away to a high quality uni where they are lgbt+ friendly and located in a city that rent is cheaper, i need help to move there and buy things for my room, like a bed and wardrobe! im looking for houses with furniture so ill just need things for my own room + the cost of moving (ill bring my dog with me and my fish)

when im there, i should be able to work!!! ill feel safe and comfortable so ill be able to focus on getting a job and working on art. withs brazil current terrible political climate, its important for me to be in a space where i feel safe being trans!
