Nana hides behind Kawaii~chan and often uses honorfics so her dropping them so easily around Zane is so sweet and fitting, she doesn't need to show her love through nicknames she just says his name with this sweet fondness that she has and it's more than enough

Zane is called nicknames by a lotta people, Garroth calling him Baby Brother, Zianna calling him Zuzu etc, he knows nicknames are a form of love in a way. But he says Nana so easily, so softly, so fondly, even him saying Four in the s6 finale, it's the fact he's referencing her real name rather than her nickname that means so much to me because even after everything, she's still Nana, still the real her to him no matter what
