Still waiting for the last 10 magical posts to deliver but might as well try this one because actually putting in hundreds of hours scouring various job platforms, hand-crafting hundreds of applications, cover letters, video resumes, and a portfolio, and working connections to get my application noticed and considered against the (sometimes over 1K others) applying hasn't saved me... Clearly, I need some magical intervention here.

Employment Jelly, do your thing soon or I might be nothing but a gelatinous pile flattened and then scraped off the boot of capitalism.

Got a job offer four days after posting this and a nibble for a second one. Reposting hoping Employment Jelly was the source of this good luck and can luck me into the preferred position.
