Mission complete.

We managed to get this done, so that’s cool. I do like Emerald Nightmare, but looking forward to tackling Heroic ToV now for a few weeks.

Unfortunately once we get through that, that will be the end of the uphill climb. My guild still lacks the numbers to get into Mythic content, and that is very depressing since I enjoy beating my head over and over against crazy challenges. I don’t think we’ll ever get the numbers to do it unless they start recruiting, and that seems like pulling teeth. But who knows.

Other gems that I picked up at the NC Comicon.

That is a brand new, black label copy of Odin Sphere that I found. The dealer assured me it was not used and it was factory sealed. I believe him, so that was a nice find. I recently bought the Storybook Edition of Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, but to have the original PS2 version in my collection is an added plus.

I’m probably one of the last hunters on my server to get this considering I caught the Spirit Moose with absolutely no trouble. It was just sitting there. No respawn, no competition, no nothing. So yeah, last hunter on server. But another spirit beast to add to my collection. Only two left to catch!

Killer Queen. This game is so damn fun. An amazing party/strategy game I played with a bunch of my friends at a neighborhood barcade. It was nice to actually play an arcade machine again like this. Apparently there aren’t a lot of them around the country, but it’s worth a play if you happen to stumble across it at an arcade/barcade near you.

I’ve wanted the Vengeful Gladiator’s Longbow for years, even when I wasn’t playing my Hunter majorly. I still think it’s the coolest looking bow in the game, and most of the Wowhead community agrees. But since I didn’t do arena or much battlegrounds, I never was able to get it.

The sad part is I still don’t have anything over 2000 CP yet. Makes me cry.

The good news is that I’ve been getting lucky in gathering Pokemon that can at least do something in a gym battle. For a while I was having a drought, but that’s started to ease out as I’ve been gathering both new and worthwhile critters. Those are the ones I’ve been making my favorites so I know which ones to put time into and level. Most are Fire and Grass types though, but my Vaporeon and Jolteon have been holding their own lately. So now I can work on pushing some of them over the 2000 threshold.

Only need about 50 more Magicarp before I get my Gyrados.

It makes me so happy that this thing still works perfectly after all these years. But I hear that Game Boys can survive explosions, so one just sitting in my desk and getting dropped a few times is a walk in the park apparently.
