Kamala would love Lunella and it would be fun to see them team up
I love how it's canon that Carol is a cat person and Kamala is a dog person. Carol genuinely seems to love cats. She was SO happy when she saw the kittens. I know she did lowkey abandon Goose over the years (with Fury, then the Rambeaus and now probably the Khans), but she is just not about that mom life and I respect that. She still loves her cat. Kamala loving dogs is sort of an inhuman thing (Lockjaw), but Lucky clearly loves her since he didn't care that she broke into Kate's apartment. And we see Kamala with Sana's doggo. Also, technically Carol's favorite cat is an alien AND Kamala's favorite dog is an alien.
