Question about introducing two cats!!

Hector's been more tense of Tres at the start but for the past 3 days she's been more relaxed around him (willing to look away, easier to distract) but she still stares at him whenever he's in the same room. She lets him come near (which she didnt allow before) and chases him sometimes but keeps staring at him otherwise. Should we be doing something. Note he's like really energetic so sometimes she hisses/growls at him when he suddenly jumpscares her or when she's overwhelmed
