• get to know your littles headspace: this to me is one of the most important tips, make sure you try and get to know your littles headspace, such as what age they regress to, what helps them regress, what they like being called and more! this will help the caregiver know how to take care of the little better and will make the little feel more comfortable. • make time to spend with your little: taking care of your little and giving them attention is important, and while you may already have a busy life try setting a specific time to spend with your little where you can give them your full attention and just focus on taking care of them and playing with them!

• Check on your little as much as you can!: Talk to them about their day, see if they are sad or happy and why, and make them feel like you care about them and how they feel, littles love knowing you care about them and care about what has been going on on their life!

• stay patient: getting frustrated and mad at them or around them will only upset them and make them scared of entering little space and not feel safe around you, and while everyone gets mad and frustrated sometimes, never ever take it out on your little! No matter what!

• Remind them that they are valid and loved: remind them that they are valid and loved and that there's nothing wrong with them regressing, littles normally need lots of reassurance especially from their cg. • Help them with big tasks or even do it for them: not needing to do big things or getting help doing them will make them feel little and will make them know you care about them • Make sure they do things they need to do: such as drinking water, taking meds if they have any, and more!

these are all the tips i could think of right now, but remember you don't have to be the 'perfect' caregiver! no matter what type of caregiver you are and no matter how many flaws you have remember that your little loves and appreciates you! bye!

But I’m so tired. I’m tired of my hard work being stolen. Why do you do this to us? Haven’t I given you enough free stories? Do you know how much I love all of you, how happy it made me when people commented on my fics and said they liked them?

Now that AI is more popular, I’ve seen in real time how people started treating writers like they were just a content farm. People abandon us or feed our works into AI if we don’t pump out stories fast enough.

It’s exhausting. The last few years I wrote so much that I ended incredibly burnt out to the point I’ve barely written anything in the past few months, but it’s still not enough.

Nothing is enough.
