it is not mandatory for you to declare an official ‘regressed age.’

i see so many people so anxious over trying to figure out their ‘correct’ agere age label. if you want to and have identified the age(s) you regress to, that’s great! but if you don’t want to or are unsure about it, don’t worry! just do what makes you happy!

if you want a paci even if you don’t regress that young, that’s okay! they can be great for stimming!

if you regress tiny but still want to play video games that aren’t necessarily ‘baby friendly’ that’s okay too!! video games can be really fun, and if you enjoy it, that’s great!

just be your wonderful self and do what makes you most comfortable and happy 💕

♡ Read a small story or put on a podcast

♡ Tuck your stuffed animals in so you can have a sleepover

♡ Don’t drink caffeinated drinks like soda or coffee before bed

♡ Try to stay off your phone for about an hour before trying to sleep

♡ Wear noise-cancelling headphones to prevent being woken up in the middle of the night

♡ Set a bedtime alarm to remind yourself when to sleep

♡ Turn your phone or tablet on do not disturb

♡ Drink something calming like tea or hot cocoa to relax yourself

♡ Use a consistent bedtime routine, a set schedule can help you feel more rested
