Start from the Beginning

Our oldest boy, Buddy, is... well he's on his last day. It's his time. It's really hard on us. He's such a good boy and his name is Buddy for a reason. I know this is the best thing to do for him but it's still just tearing my heart out. Fuck, I'm still grieving over Luna. Right now we're keeping him comfortable and giving him plenty of pets and snacks.

I put up a picture from about a month ago. If you saw him today you might not recognise him. The change has been drastic... he's lost two pounds. Watching this happen has been just. I guess if you've been through this you know how hard it is to put it into words.

I feel like a slug for this next bit so if you hate me for it I totally get it. But I did make a pin based on Buddy and it would mean the world to me if you considered getting one in his memory and to help cover costs of his passing... I'm going to link the set of two below but you can find single ones on my shop if you'd prefer just that. At the very least thank you for taking the time just to read all this.
