Having gone to the theatrical release of the final episode, I gotta say, it was pretty disappointing. It tied things up nicely, sure, but like. As an episode - especially as the final one - it's kind of lackluster. I felt like there's a whole lot of, just. Apologizing? And not a whole lot of action. And don't even say that it's fine because it's a character-driven show - Jax ABSTRACTED and it was OFF-SCREEN. That is a HUGE event and it's treated like such an afterthought, it's frankly a little insulting. It took me a second to even figure out that it was Jax that was abstracted, and not the other folks that got abstracted beforehand climbing back to the circus. Because, you know, that would've been cool. Jax abstracting is a nice finality to her character, but for a second the abstracted people coming back was also a completely valid interpretation.

Either way, the final episode wasn't bad, it was just alright. Jax had some nice character development in the episode, and uh. Okay honestly Jax was pretty much just the highlight of the episode I'll be honest, it's holding up quite a bit of weight for an otherwise pretty uninteresting episode
