My job has a bad habit of changing the schedule and not telling anyone but this one takes the fucking cake lol
So, for those that dont know, my birthday is the 23rd of this month. Originally, my schedule had me working early the Saturday of that week (aka the 29th), so my family made plans to celebrate my birthday after I get out of work. And then my schedule was changed, so I close that Saturday. And like, I always close Saturday, is the thing. But thats also kind of the only time my family can get together to celebrate my birthday....because we already made plans to do so earlier this month when the schedule dropped....so everyone already planned their schedules around it ykwim.
ALSO. There's some family stuff happening so me & my mom have to alternate getting my brother from school, meaning I can't have my schedule changing all willy nilly because my mom needs to know when she can work from home to get my brother.
I called the store earlier and the manager that was there unfortunately couldn't do anything but she left a note for the managers that have control over that so hopefully something can be worked out tomorrow.
I think a lot of yall will hear a trans person talking about a legitimate experience and respond like "uhh isnt that a terf talking point 🤨" without having the critical thought to know WHY its harmful when terfs talk about it.

no. its not. the terf talking point is that straight girls pretend to be gay men to fetishize them as a form of autoandrophilia. or that exposure to gay male relationships or trans men will groom little girls into wanting to be gay men. that is an extremely harmful view because it deligitimizes a trans man's existence. but plenty of trans men DO grow up reading MLM/gay media and BL and do grow attached to it, because they are seeing themselves. even before you know who you are, you will be drawn to who you want to be. transfem lesbians also become attached to WLW media before transition and are also treated like creeps and fetishists. but they are just young gay kids seeing their true selves reflected back at them. terfs see these kinds of common phenomena that happen all the time in the trans community and try to explain it away with bigotry and hateful stories. and then they talk about it so fucking much that it confuses people and before you know it you got trans people sharing their real lives and being accused of spreading terf talking points from people who never think about anything.

Okay so I lore dropped that Nox technically isn't a demon and also explained Earth I's pantheon (see links above). It's Entropy time 🔮⚡️
So after Theia killed Vitalis, she became the Goddess of both Life and Death, taking her ex-husband's domain. Yay! However, this means that the pantheon is now smaller, which isn't a major problem as Earth I is already in ruins. Still, Theia would like to rebuild it somehow, which means it needs a functioning pantheon again. So, she makes Eloise & Ketrill the Gods of the Sun & Moon respectively.
And, to thank them for their efforts but also because they're her children and this should have happened long ago, Theia turns Lucien & Vincent into Gods. Which is crazy because wdym they did all that shit as just a demon & fairy. Well I guess they were technically demigods but still tf.
Lucien became the God of Order, aka Harmony. Vincent became the God of Chaos, aka Entropy. I haven't thought that far ahead, but I do know that the way they work is slightly different, since technically they're part of Earth I's "new" pantheon and are a little more reliant on people worshipping them.
Earth I has a very small pantheon, consisting of only 8 Deities. Because of the "simplistic" nature of the world, each deity has an "opposite", so to speak.
Vitalis & Theia: Life & Death
They used to be married! Used to. I already explained why they divorced but to sum up: Vitalis got a lil to murder happy. Which honestly brings out the contrast in them so well. Even though Theia is the Goddess of Death, she still wants people to live. She hates it when people die before they’re supposed to, and dedicates a lot of time to reuniting families in the afterlife. Vitalis, on the other hand, does not give a single shit. He makes people just to destroy them. In his mind, they’re “gifts” for Theia, as everything he makes eventually ends up in her kingdom, so why not get a little creative with it? Honestly, if you switched their domains, it’d fit a little too well: Theia being a kind life goddess and Vitalis being a cruel death god. But, alas, they are stuck with ironic domains and a broken relationship.
Eloise & Ketrill: Sun/Angel & Moon/Demon
These two were actually created by Vitalis & Theia respectively, in order to protect Lucien & Vincent. Eloise was made from light by Vitalis, and Ketrill was made from shadows by Theia. Despite how often Vitalis/Thiea & Lucien/Vincent interact, Eloise/Ketrill rarely do so, at least not 1x1. They are usually standing guard by their respective rulers or wards. And the sad thing is, they do admire each other. At the very least, their dedication to their respective jobs. They wanna be friends SO badly but. Alas. Their roles don’t really allow for that.
Josephine & Emory: Time & Space (+ knowledge)
They both see everything as a sort of “play” or “show” — the key difference between the two is that Emory takes an active role in it, getting to know the players, while Josephine just sits and watches, she’s much more detached from it all. Which is a tad strange given their personalities. Josephine often complains that she is “bored” and will agree to anything that sounds “fun” to her, whereas Emory is far more subdued and prefers not to interfere if it can be helped. This is, naturally, a point of contention between the two and one of the many reasons Emory does not like Josephine.
Lumi/Lucien & Shadow/Vincent: Order & Chaos
Siblings!! They are twins, and are pretty close. In fact, they have the best relationship out of everyone here. Part of it might be due to the fact that they were originally mortal, and entered godhood later in life. Another reason might be they've just spent so much time apart, largely for reasons outside of their control, so they're still kind of getting to relearn who the other is, in a way. And it's not like their domains cause any major rifts, either! Lucien finds Vincent’s brand of chaos hilarious, and Vincent appreciates how his sister can calm any storm he makes. They balance each other out, more than oppose each other. This is probably just because they've seen everyone else's bullshit and went “uhm yeah lol no” and try to work together as much as they can.
