Maybe they have a strenuous job or position in something, they’ve been coming home late, working hard, trying their best. They definitely need a break. clearing away trash from their desk/the space around them, making them something homecooked and bringing it into their room when they have no energy to make food for themself

putting their bedding and the clothes theyve been wearing for days through the laundry so that theyre soft and clean for them

running a warm bath and helping them to clean themselves, taking extra care to their hair- massaging the soap into their scalp, feeling their muscles relax into the touch.

staying by their side- or giving space, if that's what they need at that moment.
