A Featureless Sheet Of Blue Stone

I am being such a baby right now. I'm almost crying because I'm lonely. Grad school is my dream; I shouldn't be upset. But I am. Yesterday was fine since I was with people most of the day and making friends in my department. But they all live off-campus. And I was having fun earlier, but I guess being around my bf and other people all summer spoiled me in terms of interactions with others. I just haven't talked to anyone all day really and it's really alienating and isolating and I'm afraid this is what grad school is going to be like and I know I'm overreacting but I just want someone to talk to. I just talked to Nate for a little bit and I feel so clingy and stupid but I really miss him and he's having fun hanging out with people. And I know I should be responsible for my own fun but ugh. It's just hard being in a new environment like this without my Westfield friends. I'm just afraid....at least every day for the rest of this week I will be busy with orientations and stuff.
