The third time I told them I was not interested the first time they started bothering me the lady immediately went "Well just so you know the enrollment period is ending soon..." which is a hallmark scam tactic, making it seem urgent. No reason for anyone from a legit company to behave like that.

Can't really find any info on them from a patient perspective, no reviews or anything, and 90% of their site is directed at insurance companies, not patients.

I memorized their number so I would know not to pick up and after a month of me not picking up they started calling me from a different number.

The day they did that I actually did answer bcs I was out of my fucking mind on xanax after a medical procedure and my fiance says I was essentially incoherent so idk why they didn't pick up on that and ask to call back some other time. I also do not recall the person I spoke to identifying herself as from that company.

I have told them repeatedly to put me on their no call list and stop fucking contacting me because I am not interested and they keep popping up every year to spam call me and demand I let them help me with things I do not need their help for, which does not make me trust them even a little, certainly not enough to give them my private health info.

They get really pushy about being allowed inside your house and I am just not comfortable with that at fucking all.

Even if they could help me at this point I do not trust them. They clearly do not respect the patients in their care. I could block the number but apparently they just start calling you from different ones. My insurance can't do anything about it, I've asked multiple times, and I cannot find any info on how to get a company like this to stop fucking contacting me because all the info that comes up is about telemarketers and robo-calls, not an actual company staffed by real people who I just want to leave me the fuck alone.

The only corollary I had was the “case support” service that my insurance company offers. The only difference is that in my case it’s a nurse who’s employed by my insurance company itself and it’s already part of my what I pay.

I can’t say it’s helpful. They always call after some health crisis asking if they can “answer any questions”. The answer is no. I have medical training and a rare disease. I understand my illness well enough to know what I should and shouldn’t go to the ER about it, so the times I’ve tried to humor them it turns into a 45 minute session of me explaining my medical history when I’m sleep deprived post-hospital. I have tried to tell them that I know they are there and will reach out IF I have a question. They keep calling, probably because they’re required to.
