terrible fanfic idea: yandere au, but like the yandere's mom is involved with the yanderes shenanigans—she's fairly normal ish but like if her child asks her to break the senpai's legs, she will and chain the senpai up so they don't leave. she knows it's wrong and illegal and evil but she doesn't really care. she will feed the senpai and lecture her child on being a bad partner but largely just helps the yandere and keeps the senpai from escaping.

- funneh used to js wear whatever was closest and looked somewhat decent, but since liv bought her clothes she's been a bit more conscious about her appearance
- funneh is convinced she has a photo curse cuz every pic liv takes of her is blurry, unflattering, or something blocks her face
- despite that, liv puts the pictures up on her wall anyways and funneh reluctantly (ts aint reluctant at all) keeps the first photo they took on the back of her phone
- liv can fucking tell there's some lesbian shenanigans going on between funneh and felicia, and it's fucking hilarious to her, often fueling it and then receiving a scathing glare from both sides

oh absolutely. my writing decisions from 2022 were wild and some as recent as last year i look at and go "holy fuck how did i think that was a good idea" so lets go through them!

Kyoei "The Devil" Joy
i kinda wish i didnt give kyoei a mimikyu at the start of the series. its not as if i actively hate the thing but its not exactly my favorite pokemon. it makes sense thematically and narratively, but that thing lowk stops me from just. giving kyoei whatever pokémon i want.
originally kyoei was gunning for a flareon or some sort of fire type. i kinda wish i just made them meet that trainer who gives you the starter thats stronger than yours or whatever in galars wild area so they'd end up with a scorbunny because yes, i do like that thing. its a bunny. mimikyu has basically become an integral part to kyoei's character and i cant see them without a mimikyu on their team. if there was an au where kyoei did get a scorbunny as a starter instead of a mimikyu, that would not be kyoei.
Eurydice "The Silver" Archangel
for eurydice, i dont think i'd change anything except getting rid of the dragon trainer thing. giving her dragonair was an absolutely beautiful call and im still obsessed with her and how it fits into her thematically and narratively. but the dragon tamer thing is a bit... weird now, i still like it, but if i could reboot everything, she wouldn't end up as a dragon trainer.
i do wish i went for a better approach for introducing her though, and like gave her a dratini instead of a dragonair but i do understand it was supposed to be me showcasing that eurydice was stronger than kyoei and had been battling for longer. other than that though, not much would change. oh, but i would absolutely love to give her a feebas. it would fit her so well and milotic is a really cool pokémon, not to mention it'd pair well with uzyar's gyarados.
Uzyar "The Blackhole" Auclair
speaking of uzyar's gyarados, lets talk about uzyar.
FUCKING TERRIBLE CALL GIVING HIM A DEINO. WHY DID I FUCKING DO THAT?!?!?!? I MEAN I KNOW WHY, THE DEINO LINE WAS THE ONLY DARK DRAGON TYPE THAT WASNT GUZZLORD BUT STILL
i have... a lot of regrets about what uzyar turned out to be. which is why hes so flip floppy in my writing. i would love to rethink this guy but honestly, i shouldn't have expected much, he was born from a gacha oc challenge and while he was cool he is also entirely flawed. i honestly don't know what i was going for. in the early series episodes, he comes off as this well meaning, mysterious, socially inept guy that keeps losing to eurydice, but he later becomes a "little soft uwu boy who's just shy and has bad parents :((" which. yuck.
in almost all my attempts at rebooting this series, he changes DRASTICALLY. eurydice and kyoei have actual cores to their characters, uzyar does not. and that is entirely my fault because i made this guy to fill 2 roles: the rival role, and the love interest role. and nothing else.

this is also where the "kyoei and uzyar used to date" canon comes from because they were originally supposed to be endgame but my wife said she shipped kyoei and eury and we both agreed yuri was better. so while it doesnt make sense with their ages currently or at all, this is where that trivia comes from.
if i could reset this guy, i honestly don't know what pokémon i'd give him. the dark type trainer thing is... fine, but i feel like anything else would've been better. but we ended up in hammerlocke because kyoeis directional skills at the start of the series rival roronoa zoro's and that is a feat in of itself. it would've been cool if uzyar got a dark/water or fire type though... huh. uzyar with a greninja would be pretty sick, even though he was originally supposed to be sinnoh and galarian.
Takeru "I have too many fucking jobs" Ukiyo
i have nothing much to say about takeru since he's... kinda just there. and its hard to envision him without his little mincinno because that was literally his entire shtick. if i had to change it, it'd be a comfey or something cute and small. my guy is perfect. i love him.
Chesil "The Sin" Auclair
chesil is... a lot. honestly i would prefer giving her like a gallade or an armarouge instead of an espeon because at least those two would feel a little more telling about her. as much as i love espeon and how it echoes uzyar's umbreon, i wish her partner pokémon wasn't an eeveelution. as cute as they are, its just kind of... hard to do anything interesting with their lore.
i didnt do anything with her indeedee and rapidash either. they were just. pokemon that served as her caretakers which????? holy shit thats fucking terrible writing????? im so sorry?????? could i not have given her SOMETHING to hint at a personality???? armarouge would be good, she canonically loved burning down orphanages in KIA.
as you can tell, the auclair siblings are my problem children. since chesil is in alola (my workshop) rn, i think ill workshop her team before sending her back out into content. she might be losing the unicorn.

first off i wanna get the characterization out the way; the Minecraft Adventures krew are not related and do not live together. funneh has her mom and dad and lives with them with her dog named ender. gold has her mom. lunar lives with her uncle and aunt. rainbow ... i dont know who she lives with, i think she lives alone so!! whatever!! draco lives in the dorms.
yhs funneh and gold have moved back to canada out of nowhere and didn't even say their goodbyes to their friends—no one in yhs knows yhs funneh and gold left. just up and gone one morning. yhs funneh and gold are not part of MA krew and are not MA funneh or MA gold. they just so happen to look the same, sound the same, and have the same names.
this au takes place after the flood of their old neighborhood, where funneh moves into her new house and stuff and it just so happens that theyre all at the age where they enroll into highschool. yhs is post-last ep of yhs, so MA funneh is transferring in mid-semester
funneh shows up to school, is surprised by the size and looks of it and—... is that? is that gold being harassed at the entrance???
geez, first day of school and there's already trouble?? what the fuck is his problem???
funneh walks up to the entrance and manages to put some distance between gold and—a guy. he doesn't look familiar, but he's talking like he knows them.
“You know me, Funneh. We saw each other yesterday. Are you mad at me or something?”
funneh is naturally a little freaked out because. well, funneh is new here and she doesn't recognize this guy. gold doesn't either, because she's insisting she was waiting for everyone and he suddenly started harassing her.
the guy is insistent and funneh decides to test him by asking him what their favorite colors are.
he answers: cyan and blue. gold's favorite color is gold. funneh's is blue.
funneh lies and says he got both wrong and tells him to leave them alone. insists that funneh and gold are kind of common names in some areas of the world and doppelgangers aren't exactly hard to find... he doesn't look like he believes it, honestly neither does funneh. regardless, the boy drops it and leaves them alone.
funneh asks if gold is okay and asks her what his deal was and gold says she wasn't sure, but he was really scary. apparently his name was... alec? forgettable name for a weird guy.
funneh quips that at least alec is better than hector, doesn't have rex to pee on their shoes. gold laughs and lunar and draco finally show up. apparently rainbow already went in ahead of time to scout the school and has drawn them a map that she sent to their gc so they know where to go.
rainbow is a year ahead (third year) of gold and funneh (second years), draco and lunar are a year below (first years).
funneh tells them to stick together and avoid talking to creeps because gold was getting harrassed while waiting for them and funneh doesn't want that to happen to them. draco lazily salutes her and walks lunar to her class while funneh and gold find their own homeroom.
funneh pairs up with a guy during science class and he's... okay, he's kind of a weirdo, just like that guy from the entrance. his name is evan and he loves cracking jokes with funneh. at the very least he isn't trying to harass funneh or gold like that other guy.
evan asks her if she'd join him for lunch but she says she's gonna sit with her friends, but he's welcome to join them if he wants. evan agrees.
gold and funneh meet up outside of class and gold is back in high spirits after being creeped out by the guy from earlier. apparently her partner was a guy named kyran, and she thought he was really cute. apparently, kyran knows alec and they just kind of talked shit about him and how weird he is.
funneh and gold meet up with rainbow in the cafeteria and buy some food, chatting about classes and how funneh and gold didn't even need to introduce themselves.
...
...huh. thats weird. usually you introduce yourselves when you're new students.
draco and lunar finally catch up and sit down at their table and evan joins them a little late. gold whines and says she should've invited that cute guy she was partnered with. evan asks her who she's talking about and gold answers kyran.
evan seems surprised by this and says she usually didn't find him cute at all back then. gold asks him what he means but he dismisses it and asks about draco and rainbow instead. lunar seems to be scaring the shit out of him with her beady black eyes.
evan asks them how they all met and funneh tells evan about how she moved into a neighborhood a couple months back and met gold there. gold chimes that they met rainbow and draco during a camping trip, and then met lunar at a bowling place. evan is called away by his friends but promises to keep in touch with funneh and she teases him and says if he wants her number he should ask more directly before he walks off.
lunar suddenly lowers her voice and says theres some restless ghosts roaming the school. draco asks her what the plan is and lunar says they should all have a sleepover at draco's place since he actually took up the dormitories. draco comments that the dorms they gave him happened to belong to two girls who dropped out and just up and left. didn't even take their belongings with them.
funneh asks if they left money and draco says he didn't check, but a lot of electronics were left behind so he's trying to crack a few open to see if he can use their stuff or sell it. funneh calls dibs on whatever money they have lying around in draco's new dorm. rainbow says they shouldn't steal and funneh insists it isn't stealing because they dont want it anymore.
rainbow relents, and gold says she doesn't really wanna go ghost hunting. lunar says it'll be quick, plus apparently this school has an ongoing murder investigation, so if they can get the ghosts to talk, lunar can send an anonymous tip to the police and get the cases moving.
the bell rings shortly after they finish plans, and lunar makes a detailed list of things they'll need to do and also where to meet up (in front of draco's dorms) and when if someone is running late and sends it into their gc.
funneh and gold head back to class and rainbow waves them off before heading back to her own classes.
funneh and gold are about to partner up for the last class and realize alec and kyran are in this class. gold begs funneh to do her a solid and take one for the team so gold can pair up with kyran because he's really smart and she can slack off if they're paired. funneh is peeved but she's a good friend and decides to let it go (gold promised her answers).
it is... a very awkward project.
funneh tries to escape her doom and pair with someone other than alec but as fate would have it, everyone else already has a pair. someone makes a quip about "trouble in paradise" and funneh is even more peeved.
alec comments that gold is noticeably different compared to the other gold. other gold was way blunter, didn't really care about kyran, and preferred blondes. funneh says that he shouldn't compare them because even if they do look similar they are different people at the end of the day, he'll just end up disappointed that they don't act the same or trying to force what he thinks their reactions should be onto them.
alec asks her if she really doesn't know who he is and funneh very nearly slams down her pen and frustratedly says she doesn't know who he is. alec apologizes for earlier and says his... girlfriend looked a lot like funneh and had the same name, so he'd assumed they were the same person.
funneh decides she can't blame him for assuming but says that he needs to apologize to gold directly for it. it surprises alec and alec says other funneh was a lot less confrontational and less protective of gold. funneh decides she hates other funneh bc wtf.
alec apologizes again and they finish the class together, scoring well and going on their separate ways.
gold finally returns to funneh's side and funneh grumpily calls her boy obsessed for choosing a guy over her. gold apologizes and promises to pair with her the next time. gold glances at alec and asks funneh what she thinks of him and funneh says he's okay right now but he's on thin ice until he apologizes to gold. gold sighs and says shes glad he didn't make her uncomfortable.

i love going into roblox roleplay games nowadays ngl... most of them have little gimmicks that make roleplaying a little more interesting and a lot of them are really well made.
the roleplay games i usually play are highschool related (im a highschool rp fiend, sue me) so it was very very nice going into games and finding schools that were phenomenally made, even though i spent most of my time admiring the architecture over actually roleplaying lmfao.
compared to back in like 2016 - 2018, games weren't as high quality, most of the fun was roleplaying with people and causing drama with other players. im a lot more reserved than i was back then, but it really feels like people are getting back into the swing of roleplaying which is so so fun.
ofc, please be careful with who you make friends with, especially if you're young. roblox is notorious for having creeps, so protect yourself if you feel uncomfortable. don't tell anyone your personal information, etc. etc.
