I think its a pretty weird thing how men of any minority group has the instinct to completely fuck over the women of the same minority group any chance they get. That happens with black women, trans women, lesbians. They never want to give up the patriarchal power they have on society, they want that power. And they can't be solidary towards the women, they always find ways to undermine us as people.

Being a trans woman means you arent allowed access to womanhood or the supposed good/positive masculinity often claimed by trans masc folks. This idealized and positive masculinity is one that is supposedly above all negative traits of masculinity and the patriarchy in society that influences it. Trans fems are conversely allowed only access to the negative aspects of masculinity as inherited from patriarchy. We are referred to as being male socialized whenever we do something negative. We are overshadowed in discussions about womanhood and our claims to it are seen as dubious at worst and partial at best. Trans fems are allowed neither womanhood or the idealized manhood that trans mascs are. Instead we are seen as men in disguise waiting to enact our underlying patriarchal socialization. While trans mascs are seen as forging a new masculinity/manhood. One that is both divorced from the patriarchal expressions of masculinity in our society and one that is inherently linked to an experience of "womanhood" and its associated oppressions.

i’ve only ever come across like, 4 or 5 trans women on the internet that actually say all the bullshit transandrobros would have you believe all transfeminists say. the majority of transfeminists love and support trans men, and just want us to recognize our privilege and use it to call out bigotry, specifically transmisogyny. i wish trans men would stop falling for the psyop that trans women are all evil meanies that hate us for no reason, because it’s really pathetic.

i’ve been seeing a lot of posts about transandrophobia vs transmisogyny lately and, as a trans man, it just feels utterly bewildering. transmisogyny is specifically referencing the intersectionality between being trans and being a woman, and the specific oppression that trans women face because of that intersectionality. we’re transandrophobia to exist, it would reference the intersectionality between being trans and being a man, which is impossible because men do not experience oppression based on their gender. oppression does of course differ between transmascs and transfems because they’re treated different by society, and they both experience transphobia, but transmascs cannot, BY DEFINITION, experience a one-to-one with transmisogyny.

this is about the equivalent of disabled people getting so fed up with the abelism they they experience that they coin "kill all abled people"(clearly hyperbolic phrase to illustrate their frustration that could ne er be put in practice) and then some whiny assholes respond by saying "kill all cripples"(imminently real and historically precedented rhetoric that has killed millions and is one of the pillars of eugenics) and somehow thinking the two are comparable or equal.
