ive found that partially treated mental illness can sometimes look to uninvolved onlookers like faked mental illness.

from my own experiences people assumed I'm on testosterone or assumed I'm trying to pass despite my goal being fem/gnc and the fact I'm not going on hormones it's just annoying.
