Now, before we move on, I want to make one thing clear: I am a proshipper. WAIT. Don’t you dare go top the comments or my inbox being like “you’re a horrible person!” Let me explain.
Contrary to what a lot of anti-shippers believe, the “pro” in proshipper doesn’t mean “problematic”. The word literally means what it says on the tin. Pro ship. You’re pro shipping. It’s a lot like the word pro choice in a way. Different meanings but you get the image.
My main reason for being a proshipper is because I hate censorship. I don’t think anyone should feel the need to censor FICTIONAL(keyword: FICTIONAL) ships even if they’re “problematic”. Ship and let ship. Don’t like? Don’t read. It’s really that simple. AO3 has a tag system for a reason.
Now if these works contain sensitive topics(like rape and whatnot) they should be properly tagged so there aren’t any surprises.
My main point is really fanfiction(or really traditional)authors shouldn’t be bullied into taking down their work just because it’s “problematic”. They’re fictional characters. Not real people. If you’re really disturbed by that, just don’t read or go outside. Do something else. I like to think that the majority of antis don’t send proshippers death threats, because I like to think the best of people, but from what I’ve seen 😬. Please do not send proshippers death threats. Thank you.
Do I write “problematic” stories? Define “problematic”. Like minor x adult? Incest? If that’s your definition of “problematic”, then no. I do not write “problematic” stories. Nor do I seek it out.
Technically I identify with the orignal meaning of proship. I’m against the censorship of fandom. People can write whatever they want even if I don’t agree with it.
On a smaller side note, I am also a comshipper in that I ship demos x human host, demon x angel, vampire x human, alien x human, stuff like that. I guess I would be considered a lightshipper but I don’t really care.

"Shifting realities is shifting your consciousness to other realities" -> you just become aware of it. if you were to shift your consciousness it implies that once you are in your DR, your body here doesn't have consciousness which goes against everything a living human is. "Shifting takes time" -> Shifting is instant and everyone can do it (and is currently doing it). The believe that shifting is a hard skill is so toxic. Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Here’s exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyone’s journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
• I am in the void.
• Entering the void is easy.
• I am pure consciousness.
I didn’t stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didn’t feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If You’re Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If you’re not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
TIPS:
• Don’t Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of “trying” to enter, the easier it is.
• Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking “Is it working?” you’re just pulling yourself out of it. Assume it’s already done.
• If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, you’ll enter as you “fall asleep.” Trust the process.
And that’s it—10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!

How to shift: EMBODY YOUR DR SELF!! ☀️
Fuck the five senses
Most of us always focus on the process of shifting, the symptoms, the 5 senses, overanalyze our process and being very critical of ourselves, we try to analyze why we don't shift, giving ourselves excuses and explanations Saying "I didn't do enough", "I should have tried harder" I wish you guys to STOP THAT.
Actually, none of the above matters. The reason you think the methods, meditation, etc matters it's because of your assumptions and beliefs because you didn't get there and you think "you're doing something wrong" and you ARE NOT, leave that mentality behind and stop seeing shifting as a task or obligation, as something with steps that must be followed to the letter.
Stop and get back to BASICS, When you are trying to get to your DR, stop thinking and focus on "I have to get there" just think that YOU ARE THERE, think ABOUT YOU, about your dr self, who are you in your dr? This is why it is very important that you like your dr's self, and not just an "improved 2.0 me, now with ultra-powered engines" because it just makes you feel uncomfortable, and you need to feel comfortable with being your dr self, You must like being yourself, you must know yourself, dive into your brain and connect with your dr self and with who you're there.
And when you connect with who you are there, forget about everything else, forget how many breaths you have to take, what number you are on, or if you visualize enough, just connect with you, with who you are. By connecting with your 5 senses and with the environment, you are not traveling, I mean this is okay but when you're trying to shift, the shift it's in the mindset, not in the around, it happens in your subconscious, it happens when you become that person, you are becoming your dr self not your environment, WHO ARE YOU? Connect with that person. Start with "Who am I?" "What am I doing here?" "What is my name?" Until it becomes a natural flow, connect with your thoughts until it becomes a natural flow. You did it, you've shifted, when you are fully connected to your dr self and you no longer need to think like your dr self thinks, you are there, and nothing else matters, fuck if "your environment tells you otherwise", It doesn't matter what you see, hear or feel anymore, you are in your dr and you are your dr's person. You know that you're there because of your mindset, enjoy that because that is shifting, that is change, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE, this is manifesting, and manifestation happens instantly when you change your mindset.
The process of shifting doesn't have to take a long time, it doesn't have to take years, the only reason it takes you so long is because you see it as homework. Get out of that mindset, connect with yourself, change your mindset, delate everything else, stop making everything so difficult. "I didn't shift last night because-" STOP, there's no reason you haven't shifted. We shift in every decision we make, when you go to bed YOU HAVE ALREADY SHIFTED, but you are not going to accept it and you MUST accept it.
Why you should embody your dr self (good for lazy shifters):
You should try to connect with your dr self instead of using the five senses or connecting with your dr it's because:
1. It's a bit backwards to try to connect with your surroundings instead of yourself. As I said before, you are not shifting to be your environment, you are shifting to be you, to be your dr self. (Although I'm not saying that using all 5 senses is a bad thing, but you shouldn't focus only on that)
2. Embodying your dr self bypasses all the extra shit about you just lying in your bed trying to shift. The moment you connect with your dr's self, you have already shifted, because if you were not in your dr you would not be able to access the thoughts of your dr self. And when you are focused on this, you are no longer focused on the symptoms and that is the best thing that can happen to you because YOU SHOULDN'T FOCUS ON THE SYMPTOMS because it's not a physical process, physical change comes after the change of mentality. Connecting with your dr self's thoughts is much better than memorizing affirmations and meditating, it's more natural, you enjoy it more and it's less tiring.
3. In the case that your physical environment does not end up changing, you end up connecting with your dr self (THAT IS SO IMPORTANT) you alredy had the mindset shift. And many people when they start doing all this, they start having dreams about themselves being their dr self, and having experiences in their dreams being their dr self, and that is SO GOOD (it's literally happening to me) Taking this post into account, I assure you that YOU WILL SEE CHANGES YES OR YES this is a connecting point.

Shifting is not caused, achieved, the end of a marathon, it’s not some gold medal you get once you’ve put in all the work.
Shifting is realizing that YOU are your dr. It’s not separate, like you have to turn to the other page of a book to continue the story. Shifting is on the same page of the book you’re reading.
You are the only evidence you’ll ever get for shifting. You are the proof. The change. The miracle you’ve been waiting for, it’s already yours. You don’t have to do anything. You’ve arrived. You don’t have to feel, affirm, or trigger it. Stop waiting for it to happen. Shifting is a natural continuation of life, and when you keep looking for a change you don’t believe in, you won’t find it. Stop looking for a change that’s already happened. You’re looking to open a door that leads to a different room, but it’s been the room you’ve been searching for all along. Let it be done. Move on and relax knowing you’re at the end.
So, no, you don’t “trigger” a shift by doing something. You become something first, and what you are is what objectifies.
I shift by changing my 4d and then my 3d changes. I've been applying brazen impudence; "Not taking no for an answer."
Like last night! I said to myself, while in the kitchen:
"Believe it or not, I am (dr name) right now." and I gaslit myself. I was like:
"I can see anything, hear anything, touch anything, and I'm STILL in my dr. Isn't that crazy?" Like nothing could tell me otherwise, I gaslight myself like a bitch. Hell nah, I'm not letting circumstances tell me otherwise. I live this life like the bratty god i am. If I said I'm there, I'm there. If I said it's mine, it's mine. What's confusing? Get the fuck outta my way, thank you.
I got in the shower and I was like: "I can't wait for this dinner party," shaved, did my hair, and got cozy. Literally had an entire conversation in the shower about how I'm so excited to see s/o at the party and let my thoughts run about my day in my DR. Imitating what I'd be like if i was already there. In my 4D, I was "getting ready for a party" in my dr. In the 3D, getting ready for bed.
I play this reality like a fiddle. It's fun.
Anyway, SHIFT COUNT:
2020: law of attraction/Shifttok - 0x
2021: law of attraction/Shifttok - 0x
2022: law of attraction/Shifttok - 0x
(stopped bc i became a devout muslim)
2025: law of assumption/god-state - 2x
2026: 4d > 3D - 3x
Total shifts: 5x since law of assumption.
I've opened my eyes as 4 separate people, in 4 separate realities.
I think I accidentally told y'all I experienced 5 separate identities. I shifted to the same reality TWICE, so that's just 5 shifts, not 5 people. Oops.

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it

MENTAL DIET

LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment
“i hope i enter the void before friday” >>> “wait a minute. so i already enter the void every night. i just need to close my eyes for two seconds and i immediately induce pure consciousness”
“i've been applying the law of assumption for a week now, but nothing has changed” >>> “what the hell week? i literally have lucid dreams my whole life and wake up in the void state, in sleep paralysis and the desired reality 5 times a night”
“if i persist for two weeks, i will finally shift to desired reality” >>> “goddess, i'm in my desired reality right now. i'm a master shifter. shifting is very easy. i'm already shifted”
“when will 3d reflect 4d?” >>> “3d has already reflected my 4d. 3d instantly shows me my desires. what is time lag? this is the first time i've heard of this”
if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, don’t hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake
know that it is never too late to change negative thoughts to positive ones. even if two hours ago you reacted to 3d and cried bitterly, cursing your life, now you can decide that this did not happen. i don’t think i want to leave links to posts about revision for the third time. i hope you have already read them. in very emotional moments, try to remind yourself that your thoughts create your 3d reality
let the undesirable circumstances be a reminder that you already have everything you want. is the Internet not working? the Internet is fast at all times and everywhere, and besides, you've mastered the void. not enough money? not only are you rich, but you also shift easily and quickly
SUCCESS
please do not share your mini successes. did you have your first lucid dream? i’m sincerely happy for you, but don’t you dare write something like “today i realized i was in a dream!! i tried to create a portal, but it didn’t work out. next time i will undoubtedly enter a void.” honey, you just threw your mental diet in the trash
either you wait until you achieve the final goal (shifting, void), or you share your success without breaking the mental diet. “this morning i woke up in sleep paralysis. although it was predictable, i’m a master of sleep paralysis and void. why? because i decided so” or “in the evening i was lying on the couche and shifted to my desired reality, but i quickly came back. anyway, i can shift there again whenever i want, because it's not difficult for me”

It took me eight years. Eight. Years. Not one single successful attempt the whole time. I cried, I doubted myself, I was convinced I was the problem. I watched other people succeed and wondered what was wrong with me.
And then today?
I FINALLY SHIFTED.
I woke up in my waiting room and then I rode a dragon. An actual dragon. I just got back from flying through the sky like that’s a normal activity.
Before I shifted back here, I set the intention to return to my original reality but with one tiny upgrade: I can now shift whenever I want, as easily as breathing. No methods. No rituals. No overthinking. I just decide and I’m there the next second.
Some people can’t imagine waiting years. Trust me, I lived it. Eight years of patience, frustration, tears, feeling stuck .. and now? Now I’m sitting here realizing I get an eternity as a master shifter, living in countless realities and doing literally whatever I want.
Suddenly those eight years feel microscopic.
I rode a dragon. I JUST CAME BACK FROM A DRAGON FLIGHT.
By the time you’re reading this, I’m probably already back in my waiting room spinning a lottery wheel to decide which reality I’m visiting next~
A lot of people look at shifting from a very human perspective. It often includes the idea that shifting is this special thing you work towards, something you can train or learn how to do. Many people subconsciously still believe that this reality, this state, this being, is our default.
If you ask me, as someone who has been shifting for, likely well over 10.000 years by now. It's always good to zoom out a little. You see, this reality doesn't prove anything. No rules here, no default, not even the way it looks. What you see here isn't ''realistic,'' it's just one way a reality, an experience, can look. The way people behave, dress, the way society, standards, or even morals work, it's all part of this concept that we're living in right now.
And although 95% of you guys will aim for realities that feel exactly like this one, that doesn't mean every place does. Some realities WILL feel like dreams, some will feel so much more ''realistic'' that it makes this reality feel like a dream. Some will not make sense compared to this place, or work completely differently altogether. There are realities with time skips, realities where things manifest instantly.
Shifting is not something special that you can do once, or twice, or maybe if you're very lucky, learn how to do at will. Shifting is part of EVERYTHING. Even just being aware means that you're shifting.
You don't think you can shift? You still do it. You don't believe it? You still do it. You are lost? You still do it. You have beliefs different from most people's? You still do it! It doesn't matter what you believe, or how you see it. It's important to stick to what is comfortable for you, and you alone. But it also IS important that you realise that shifting is so much more than just wanting to go to your dr. It's part of existence itself, and that takes away so much pressure.
You are not bound to this reality, it's not the start, it's not the end. No time here, no state here, whether alive or death, will change your ability to shift. You can leave forever, for a million years, you can shift to 50 drs and come back to the exact moment you left, or instead skip time, even go back into the past.
You are in full control, little sprout. Always. You're navigating your little human experience, feelings and brain. But you're so, so much more than that. Don't sell yourself short, you hold so much power. It's okay to feel, it always will be. But don't let your feelings stop you from realising how much more there is out there for you. Infinity will always mean infinity, I promise💚

how to shift whenever (from an experienced shifter)
i see so many people still talking about shifting like it’s this impossible thing, like you have to beg the universe for it or spend months trying every method out there. so here’s the truth, from someone who’s actually been shifting consistently for a while:
you can shift whenever you want.
and no, that’s not just motivational bs, that’s literally how it works when you understand what shifting actually is.
shifting isn’t something you try to do. it’s something you allow. the version of you that already lives in your desired reality? they already exist. your job isn’t to create them , it’s to align with them.
you don’t need to feel tingles or hear signs or vibrate at some perfect level. you don’t need the perfect sleep schedule or the perfect script. what you need is clarity.
clarity that says: “i know what i want. i know it already exists. and i trust myself enough to go there.”
when i shift, i don’t force it. i don’t chase it. i become it.
it’s just a decision:
a breath.
a moment.
a quiet “i’m already there.”
and then i fall into it.
not because i’m trying so hard, but because i finally stopped trying.
once you drop the resistance, once you stop doubting, you realize how easy it is. how natural. how familiar.
there’s no big secret. no magic formula.
just presence. trust. surrender.
and once you taste it? once you know you can do it?
I genuinely dont get why they act like its either one or the other??? Yes I know the purpose is to prevent misdiagnosis. But then that in itself could be a misdiagnosis? Plus they overdo it.
