Does anybody else experience the thing where you'll say something to two or more people and one of them (usually older than you) will turn to the other person (also usually older than you) and they'll both smile at each other like what you said was really cute and also not valid or intelligent or worth being taken seriously? And if you call them out on it they'll do it again as though agreeing that it doesn't matter that you feel that way because you're outnumbered AND younger, and then deny it

So you're going refuse to take me seriously or answer my questions and sometimes even LAUGH IN MY FACE when I try to talk to you, and then tell me I shouldn't wish I were an adult so I can be taken seriously...?

Words cannot express the joy I feel when I am talking about my interests and someone says "oh yeah my dad likes xyz"

I was about to say that I miss one of my friends / mutuals and hope it's ok and then remembered it wished me happy pride like a day or two ago

I microwave cookie dough all the time and it never ends badly. Obviously don't do it expecting it to turn out like a cookie but I do it until it's liquidy and it always ends up delicious and gooey...... the trick is 10 second increments
