Moth plush plans!!

this is the first pattern I’m making completely on my own, so I’m hoping she will turn out well, but I’ve practiced enough I feel confident I can make it work

I’ve never been able to find a moth plush I could really bond with, even if I liked how they looked they didn’t have a texture I was drawn to, were to round for me to effectively have around with me, or were to stiff

So I’m making the realistic, soft, and floppy moth of my dreams. She will have a variety of textures and is based off the species of moth that got me into entomology (just with some creative liberty and less detail to make sure I don’t lose my mind making her)

she has no name yet, so feel free to recommend some! It will be a bit till shes done since I still have to draw out her pattern then put her together. I just know I’m gonna get real tired of sewing legs so that will probably slow it down lol

I got this ray recently and really like them, but have had no name stick

best names I at least sat on for a bit were blueberry or amethyst but idk I don't think those fit, at least amethyst gave me the idea to maybe make their potential gear in the future purple

I might try to set aside some time for it but the person I would normally talk to during just recently had a surgery so I don’t want to bother them

Unfortunately he barely fits in my bag so idk if he’ll get to go out often, but I’m hoping they will work out as a aid
