This Easy Swiss Mushroom Chicken recipe has soft chicken breasts, a creamy mushroom sauce, and gooey Swiss cheese that melts. It's a delicious and comforting meal that you can make any night of the week.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 tablespoon butter.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. It will take about 4 to 5 minutes per side for the chicken breasts to get brown on both sides after you add them. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Melt the butter in the same pan and cook the garlic and mushrooms for about 5 minutes, until they are soft. Heavy cream, chicken broth, and dried thyme should all be stirred in. Bring to a simmer and cook for two to three minutes, until it gets a little thicker. Put the chicken breasts back in the pan and cover them with mushroom sauce. Add shreds of Swiss cheese to the chicken. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbling. If you want, you can serve it hot with fresh parsley on top.

Ingredients: 6 slices bacon, chopped. 1 large onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 4 cups gluten-free chicken broth. 1 cup water. 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced. 3 6.5 ounce cans minced clams, undrained. 1 cup half-and-half. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook bacon in a pan until it gets crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Add the onion and garlic to the same pan and cook them until they get soft. Put the bacon, onion, and garlic that have been cooked into a slow cooker. Then put in the chicken broth, water, potatoes, clams that haven't been drained, and oregano. Use a stir to mix. For 6 to 8 hours, or until the potatoes are soft, cover and cook on low heat. Add the half-and-half and stir. Add a little water to a small bowl and mix gluten-free flour until it's smooth. Add to the chowder and mix. Put the lid on top and cook on high for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot with chopped parsley on top.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 1 tsp cumin. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 whole wheat burger buns. 4 slices pepper jack cheese. Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and avocado slices for topping.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced chipotle pepper, breadcrumbs, red onion, cilantro, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each burger and cover until the cheese melts. Toast the whole wheat burger buns on the grill for a minute or until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and avocado slices on the bottom bun, followed by the turkey burger with melted cheese. Top with the upper bun. Serve hot and enjoy your Chipotle Turkey Burgers!

Ingredients: 1.5 pounds ground turkey. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Tomato slices for garnish. Red onion slices for garnish.
Instructions: Chopped red bell pepper, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl with ground turkey. To keep the burgers tender, don't overmix the ingredients. Just mix them until they are well mixed. Make 4 equal portions of the mixture and shape each one into a patty. Set your grill or grill pan on medium-high heat and oil the grates a little. The turkey burgers should be cooked on the grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they reach 165F 74C on the inside. While the burgers are cooking, split the buns in half and toast them on the grill until they are just barely browned. To make the cilantro mayonnaise, mix the mayonnaise with the chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Assemble the turkey burgers by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun and then a turkey patty on top of it. Put some cilantro mayonnaise on top of each patty, and then add tomato and red onion slices on top of that. Cover with the other half of the bun, and serve hot.

Instructions: Put the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a shallow dish. Mix them together. First, coat each shrimp in the flour mixture. Then, coat them evenly in the beaten eggs. Finally, coat them evenly in the bread crumbs. Warm up the vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium-high heat. It will take about two to three minutes on each side to fry the shrimp until they are golden brown and crispy. Take the shrimp out of the oil and put them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
