Emotional Spectrum Headcannons
I'm back in my green lantern phase and I keep getting annoyed that the different lantern corps' don't feel balanced and distinguished with one another, so this is my take on each corp and their respective abilities.
As they are in the middle of the emotional spectrum and also straight up space cops, they would have the best average lantern abilities. They would literally have all of their regular abilities but amplified to make them stand out, plus said abilities should focus more on a constructive, defensive and maintaining order vibe.
Ability to create hard light constructs
This is a given, that's like their whole thing, but I would say on average they do this the best out of all the lanterns, like they are able to add more detail and their constructs would be more solid and harder to break.
Energy Projection and Force Fields
Also a given, I think these would be also more powerful than the other corps. And any blasts from their rings would be concussive not penetrative. This would also extend to the aura a lantern emits that mimics their native atmosphere.

Resistance to other emotions
Hear me out, green lantern rings have less control over their users than the other lantern's rings, due to their willpower, I believe they should also be more resistant or immune to the influences of the other rings.
Obviously if you have the willpower to achieve great and impossible feats, they should be able to. Such as make another ring or see the future. Again they are in the middle of the emotional spectrum they could theoretically tap into the other emotions and not be consumed by them.
As their rings are meant to inspire fear in others I believe that the yellow lanterns should have abilities that lean more into that idea rather than overlap as much with the green lanterns. However, as they were made from one another, there should be some connections and an interesting parallel to the blue lanterns would be to weaken the other lantern corps. These guys would focus more on stealth and tracking to create a sense of unknown and suspense.
Ability to create hard light constructs
Not very different from how they are in comics but these would be weaker than the typical green lantern constructs but would essentially, however, would be tailored to their targets fear.
I believe to be able to do this they should have minor telepathy, just to sense when someone is afraid and even track them.
Energy Projection and Forcefields
Again similar to the green lanterns but their blasts would not concuss and would penetrate their target. And their aura would slightly heighten their natural senses to allow them to track their targets easier.
These guys are supposed to make people scared, they have to lean into that and having a corp that could track you without being seen would do this perfectly. Obviously, they can still be tracked via other means such as a green lanterns scanning ability.
Minor Energy Regeneration
Again as this ring is given to people based off them creating fear in others, the ring's power levels should be able to regenerate slowly and in small doses when they are able to create lots of fear.
Boosts Red Lanterns and Weaken others
Okay hear me out, if blue lanterns can boost green lanterns, I reckon yellow lanterns should be able to slightly boost red, only if they are concentrating. They should also be able to use fear to weaken the other lantern corps.
They are very much a supportive corp, mostly boosting the others lantern corps. As they are generally considered the most powerful corp, I really want to stress that they can't do a lot offensively without a green lantern like in the comics.
Ability to create hard light constructs
They would only be able to do this in the presence of a green lantern, if they did they alone the construct would be very weak. Stand alone their constructs would be the weakest out of all the corps.
Energy Projection and Forcefields
Same goes here, without a green lantern, they would be unable to have any strong defense or offence.
They would be able to remove a red lantern ring, purify evil and heal almost all injuries even their own.
Literally the same as in the comics, both lanterns would become very powerful. Sometimes can boost other corps if they are focusing, it is not automatic like boosting a green lantern.
Very minor and only successfully done by the most hopeful lanterns.
Minor Energy Regeneration
Very similar to yellow, if they inspire enough hope they should be able to regain their ring power slowly and in small increments.
Okay, this might be a hear me out idea as I love taking creative liberties. These guys just build numbers and power, their powers should all revolve taking stuff from the other corps and other people. To build a hoard and army. Their whole purpose is to build numbers.

I would also like to add that an orange lantern could take another lanterns already made construct if they are concentrating hard enough.
Energy Projection and forcefields
An orange lantern can steal the energy from the other lanterns and recharge their own ring. They can also use and store temporarily the powers of the other lanterns when hit.
If you are exposed to orange energy for too long you can become tempted to wear an orange ring.
Once you are killed by or wearing an orange ring your conscientiousness is trapped in the ring, that lantern can use you as an independent avatar under their control. This stacks until the final orange lantern has an immortal army.
Also kind of a hear me out, I really love a good juxtaposition. These guys are the wild card. They should be order keepers like the green lanterns but in a larger sense. I also strongly believe that people should also be chosen for their overwhelming compassion not just lack of. This would create a cool dynamic for redeeming criminals and killers. They would be very versatile and quick lanterns.

Similar to the yellow lanterns but these guys can see and track everything and everyone. As well as read their emotions and sometimes their body language.
To contrast the orange lanterns these guys should be able to change the incoming energy into a different form and redirect it.
They should be able to use the emotions of nearby lanterns, only while they are nearby or hit with their energy.
The best teleporters out of the all the corps
The ring is able to force compassion into those who have none, slowly rehabilitating them, it does nothing to users who have an abundance of compassion.
These guys are just straight offence, they should be built to destroy, kill and not be so weak. Obviously if members can control their rage, they would be able to do some higher brow abilities but overall they would just be brutal. Similar to the green lanterns the more anger a lantern feels the stronger they are.

Also not the best at doing this, as they are consumed by rage and cannot concentrate.
Energy Projection and forcefields
They wouldn't have great forcefields but their energy blasts would be corrosive and melt through most material.
Just like the comics, all of a red lanterns fluid is converted into burning plasma napalm, their vomit, blood tears etc. This burns through anything and if contacts a living create makes them filled with rage for a period of time.
These guys should be able to go berserker and not have as many consequences, while they have their ring and filled with rage nothing can really kill them except for huge damage, losing their ring, loss of ring power etc. Kinda like wolverine.
Enhanced Strength, stamina and durability
The ring makes a killer that can rip through metal, it would just increase literally everything, which makes it harder to remove.
The more anger a red lantern feels the more powerful they become, eventually they reach a point where they will start to burn from the inside out and erupt into a huge explosion, very rarely will a lantern successfully survive this process.
I hate that these guys keep getting snubbed and reduced to basic filler lanterns in the comics, they should be a mixture of offence and defense and shouldn't have such a focus on support. Except for whatever made them feel the love that gave them the ring, which shouldn't just be romantic love, there's all different types of love.

These would be the second best out of all the lantern corps, just behind the green lanterns and would have a more crystal or rocky look this would make them need less concentration to create stronger constructs. They would also be able to target what someone loves most and create a construct of it.

Crystallization/ Crystal Manipulation
Literally just like in the comics, they should be able to crystalize someone and/or create and manipulate crystals with their rings.
Prolonged exposure with these crystals or the lanterns constructs will make someone feel love and eventually become infatuated with the user. They would then be charmed and under their control.
Only to the object or creature/s that they love currently and within a certain range.
Again, only being able to track the object or creature/s that they currently love, or whether love was in jeopardy.
Minor Telepathy/Mind Control
They should also be able to see what someone else loves the most and what they desire, and use it to make the target fall in love with the user
Through crystals and light, they should be able to create semi-real illusions and projections.
The more love they feel for and from someone or something the stronger both of them are, thus boosted.
