Hey, funny you should ask! I haven’t for a few years, but I just decided to start back up again. We’ll see how it goes.. the main difficulty for me is how much work it actually takes every day to brush and preen your hair so that all the oil moves down the hair shafts to the ends and doesn’t get built up on the scalp. It’s not for lazy people!! I got lazy/busy so I switched back to low poo shampoo/conditioner once a week. But because of where I live my hair has been soooo dry. So I want to try and moisturize it with natural oils again and see how it goes. 

Lost my phone while out discing with the mules today. Cool. it’s either buried or crushed, so Find My iPhone won’t work. Seriously debating whether to downgrade to a flip phone..
