Y'all know how there's the classes specifically for boys and girls?

What if same thing in MHA but for female heroes and what they will inevitably face during their hero career.

Midnight an advocate for desexulising the female heroes and having equal standing with some of the male heroes teaches this class.

HC that I've seen and adored is the fact she wears the stuff she wears as a sort of fuck you to the "older" people in charge and wants there to be a change.

So imagine this scenario but like Caroline Hill because T!Izuku is nothing if not thorough when it comes to his disguises.
