As they sat on a bench, Neal put his arm around her and he surprised her by presenting her with a handmade rose, with words on the petals. Tears filled her eyes as she took it from him, examining each of the petals. “Neal…it’s beautiful.” She looked up at him. “I love it. But, I don’t have anything to give you.” She said, frowning.

"Then please lead the way down the more safe path."

"Let's try this path. It's a bit longer but safer." Or he hoped so.

I don’t want them to die. *cries*

"Yes, Papa I’m okay."

"Cause, you know, I'm here if you need me to do anything."

"Right. Which means I avoid trouble. If someone attacks me it puts me in a tight spot. Or are you going to take them on?"

"Why is there something that way that we don’t want to run into?"

"Yeah. I encountered some trolls down that way last time I was through here."

"Well, probably the way that won't take us near bandits. I've been down that road. Not fun."
