My Kinky Happy Place

For the longest time I was terrified of going over 1300 calories because I thought if I did I would gain fat, this past two weeks I’ve been eating 2000+ calories. Let me tell you, I’ve had so much more energy and strength when it comes to my workouts. I’m noticing more muscle definition, I’m lifting heavier at work, but the best thing of all is I feel fulfilled in what Im eating. I had a serious binge problem for a long time because I was so restrictive with my diet not being afraid to admit that for a very long time I restricted to less than 1300. Ladies and Gents you can eat SO much more than you think and if you eat right (even with cookies and some traditionally unhealthy food slipped in) you can eat a lot of food (I struggle to get to that 2000 calorie mark)! you’ll be amazed at how your life changes when you allow yourself some peace and EAT!
