Fast forward to 2025 and I can no longer have caffeine bc I have severe gut issues. I wonder why…lmao but honestly I have said I think a LOT of my gut issues are caused by slamming monsters at 6am with no food everyday for years. If you still have your gut don’t do this 😭 I’m fucked now
