Idea I've been stewing on for years, thik it came from the evo devo biologist describing how a porter that frequented her and how he slowly lost it to chiralium poisoning, hallucinating black holes. (Maybe that's how Higgs can break the fourth wall.) The geologist talks about it too, how he almost reached the suicidal stage before Sam came around with the chiralium contamination medicine... I'm just going to let my thoughts trail of.
