when it's just you and no method at the cliff , what do you do ?
if you were to tell me to shift without a method , with no foolproof way for me to cling to , i get scared . i get scared a lot , i realise , even if it isn't rational . even if the method is just to intend , i need reassurance that it'd work , that i'd shift . but if you were to strip that away , what would you have ?
at my very core , i realise that while yes , i trust myself to be able to manifest things here , in this reality , i don't trust myself to shift . i place that power , that trust in something else — the method ( even if it's a so-called lack of method , with intention only ) , in some secret last step for me to do .
but there's no need for that last step . there's no need for all that imagining i like to do behind closed eyes , trying to visualise my way forward because it has worked before ... because i am what has worked before . not a secret method , not a last step .
i was wondering why it was that i shifted the most & the fastest when i just did fuck all , when i gave in and went with the flow , when i just did what i wanted to do in the moment , and it's not because that's the method , to go with the flow ( and my cards are facepalming rn because this is what they've been trying to tell me for weeks ) but it's because i'm placing the trust in myself and letting me do what i want to do , because that's all i need . myself .
tldr // or my way of trying to wrap up my rambling ; there's no need to place the trust in everything else . if you were to strip away the methods from your shifting routine , do you trust yourself to shift anyway ? because you should . that's all you need .

q: when is the 3d gonna show me my dr and how am i supposed to act like im in my dr when my cr is wildly different and i cant do anything here that i would in my dr? is it just daydreaming abt it? but again how will it suddenly appear in the 3d when i also have to live my life here and can obviously see that im not physically in my dr… i know some ppl say you dont even notice it at first but that doesn’t make sense or feel right to me - i dont think thats how it will work for me. which is why i usually stick to sleep methods because the act of sleeping and then waking up acts like a transition period, but then when i wake up and my 3d is still this reality i get disappointed. especially cuz ive had times where i was genuinely really confident and then felt like i failed (even though i knoww i shouldnt think of it as failure)
a: you’re not trying to rack up enough points to unlock your dr and suddenly pop into it out of nowhere. the goal is not to build up enough momentum to where the universe finally shows you your dr because you’ve been perfect enough. you can still live your life in your cr, but regardless of everything you’re still in your dr. you shift when you allow yourself to detach from your cr and anchor your awareness in your dr (that’s why shifters say they didn’t notice when they shifted. they weren’t paying attention to their cr surroundings, embodying their dr selves so things felt the same to them after they shifted), and to do that you have to know that you are in your dr and accept that in spite of the physical showing you your cr, because checking to see if you’re in your cr and then declaring that as a failure is actively affirming against your goal. you’re placing the power in your surroundings instead of yourself. seeing your cr does not mean it’s over. i recommend doing an awake method involving meditation (the detachment from your cr), followed by thinking & feeling as your dr self (the attachment to your dr). you won’t be doing this as you’re just going about your day so there won’t be distractions constantly pulling your awareness back to your cr
have you ever felt unmotivated to shift out of nowhere, not felt connected to your dr, or simply thought that it would be better to try another day? let me reassure you that there’s a reason behind this pattern. ‹𝟹
— unmotivated = your ego is purposely making you feel unmotivated to shift, so you just don’t feel like doing it
— doubts = your ego is telling you all the “what ifs” to make you hesitate
— not connected = your ego makes you think being connected to your dr is a feeling. but it’s not. so if you don’t feel connected, you assume you can’t shift. a win for the ego
— fear of change = the fear of knowing you’re going to experience a whole new life is your ego trying to keep you in what’s already familiar here
— overthinking = your ego keeps you stuck in your head, making you analyze every single thing instead of shifting
— indecisive = when you can’t decide where to shift, your ego makes you think you need to have a clear goal in mind instead of just trusting yourself
— maybe not today = your ego gives you reasons to stay and you listen every time
notice how these things usually happens right when you’re about to shift? that’s not random at all. it’s just your ego trying to keep you exactly where you are. and i can only assume it has worked, right? it’s supposed to sound convincing because your ego is meant to keep you in what already feels familiar. but the good thing is that your ego is not you! you don’t have to keep letting it make decisions for you.
“but how do i silence my ego?”
for me, it’s not about silencing it. it’s more about understanding that whenever i feel more drawn to this reality than my dr, is only because it’s my ego’s feelings and not mine. that way, it becomes much easier for me to not listen to what it’s saying. it also becomes easier to reframe those thoughts to something that aligns with my goal instead of continuing to listen to thoughts i don’t even want. it puts me in control instead of my ego!
