Today anywhere from 87-98% of protein shakes on the market are HOT pressed which is why they contain so much protein..... they have to make up for the "fake protein" your not getting because the extraction kills the majority of the amino acid chains in the process. Plenty of fiber (oat, flax, beet) and I'm not talking wood shaving fiber......think I'm joking?! No companies have been caught putting wood fiber in shakes to say theirs has enough fiber........ if your wondering.... no it's not okay to eat. Want to know what else!?...... it works super food shake contains 13 fruits and veggies!! So truly nutritional and again.... cold compressed so the fruit and veggies enzymes are intact!
