Earth Day is right around the corner, so let’s talk about it 🌏

I still remember that it was my favourite school day. Every year we had to take gloves and trash bags with us, so during the lessons all students went with their teachers to different parts of my town and picked trash. It was a real fun for kids and we even competed with other grades who will pick up more trash. After that we had some tasty food and tea at school.

After all it was fun and good for environment. Have your school ever made something special for Earth Day?

It’s good to teach kids how to take care of nature around you. If everyone take care just of his trash everything would be better. It’s really upsetting to see how our beautiful home dies every day. Each day more and more people become aware of the consequences with polluting planet Earth and try to do something about it, but it’s still too little. We should not only recycle things, not leave trash behind us, because keeping some things in pocket until you find bin isn’t that hard, right?

More people use bikes 🚲 instead of a car to commute from one place to another. With approaching warm weather ☀️ it sounds appealing.

I could go on and on about this topic, but I want to know your opinion on that too!
