i know there's been talk for years about how another love should have been a stelena song but if it was, what do you think the context of the scene would be like?

i think it could work for season 3. like i said, something i enjoy about SE is how they do have their Big Moments and they do have their Big Songs but a lot of their moments are accompanied by scores from the show and they're simple tones, particularly since Passion and Danger is also known as the Stelena theme or scenes related to SE but this could be playing while she chooses Stefan in that phone call with Damon in 3x22. This could play in 2x01 when Damon tries to force himself on Elena and she says it'll always be Stefan. Considering the way that the show actually used the song in season 6, which actually makes it feel like he's thinking about Bonnie and not Elena, which I always thought it was funny, they could also play it when Elena kisses Damon/Damon is dying in season 2 thereby making it a Stelena scene.
If it were up to me, and I got to create a scene, I would've played it during a DE break up scene where neither of them are actually all that sad, where it's expected to be explosive and torturous but it can't be because Elena realizes she's pining for Stefan and I would intercut the break up scene with Stefan doing something So The Viewers Would Get The Picture.
god I love this so much and yes I wish they would've broken up permanently and I would've loved to see how it would've made the rest of the show if it happened.
Also would you ever make this into a oneshot or fic just asking because your fics are so amazing you truly capture the essence of what stelena was and what delena truly was and not what the show tried to sell.
