If you’re good enough to move and maintain perfect posture and breathing, great, but it is not necessary. Now you can work out anywhere at anytime and be done in minutes. It’s the most intense method of exercise ever invented but also the safest and it’s able to work around existing injuries like no other. Does it ALL.
