Because... Zuko's really good at finding things. He found Aang. The Gaang had been looking for Appa for days—but Zuko found him the day he started looking. He found his mum. He's meant to find things.

And Sokka just bam slam bursts in one day and says “hurry up! We're gonna find my sword. You owe me that much!”

Jee: No, he set himself on fire.

Zuko: damn that's sad

1. that is just some random person in the first panel with zuko, sokka has already had his interaction w zuko but now he's like. staring at him from across the cafe skjd

2. i started this at like,, 2:00 - 2:30pm and it is now 1:30am so that's what? 11-ish hours? no wonder i am in Pain lmao

Panel 1: Zuko stands behind the counter of a cafe in green and gold robes and an apron. His hair is in a bob and his arms are crossed; his expression is frustrated as he speaks to the anonymous person in front of the counter. In the first two images he looks to be listening intently as he hears Suki say “But, remember when we watched the fast & furious movies and you couldn’t go two seconds without commenting on The Rock’s muscles?” and in the second image he responds “mmm?” In the third image, Suki hangs up the phone with a “beep” and Sokka looks shocked, his eyes blank and lines of shock and “!!” coming from him.
