I was able to whip up a quick, silly little animatic between grad school projects and work! This is the first animatic I did in Davinci (though not my first time using it for editing), and also the first time I've incorporated a simple audio-visualization with a project as well! The real question now is if I'll be able to expand this into a bigger animation going forward-

Okay. So. I know it's been over 2 years since I've updated it, BUT- I do have plans to continue the TF2 Mailman series.

Adding writing on top of the metaphorical plate-stack that is work-life balance is a task, but I already have a rough outline of how it's gonna go, so once I re-read all I've made, I'll be ready.

It hangs on the wall in a place of honor: pale, sagging leather with a pair of human lips smiling in the center. It's a morbid, motionless thing, a disturbing piece of artwork. And Owen Rosedown is locked alone with it.

There's an intruder in the Knight Hunters' Estate. Owen, a detective for hire called a Runner, should be helping to find them. Yet Prince Aurum Von Domini has other ideas. Commanding Owen to find the truth behind the skin, Prince Aurum locks Owen into the tiny room it hangs in, and orders no one to release him, even speak to him, without permission.

Owen cannot disobey his prince. No matter what he thinks about it, he must find what secrets this hideous trophy hides. But it calls to him - literally - and he’s not the only one hearing its voice…
