I wanted to share one of my favorite exercises tips today!

If you are struggling to stay motivated on walks, or loose energy quickly. I highly recommend listening to military cadences! I know it’s a strange idea, but the songs are literally designed for soldiers to keep pace and have breath control! The marching in the background of the songs helps keep me motivated while walking so I don’t start randomly slowing down or feeling sluggish.

I just completed a 45 minute walk while listening to them, and I honestly could probably keep walking.

I recommend listening to Yellow Ribbon or Hi Ho Lock and Load! Those songs are super catchy and keep me motivated the most!!

I just got a comment saying “you’re 19!! People like you are the reason I want to jump!” .. and im just like…. Ok? It’s not my fault you’re clearly looking up £D content and now you’re upset when you fyp is full of it?

Like I feel sorry for them, if they’re struggling that much I wish them the best. But trying to attack me over my content is crazy work. Especially when it’s honestly hard to end up on the £D side of any app! You have to actively seek out that content.

All together it was only about 30-35€ ♡
