Two different days this week I have spotted Luna sitting in this exact same weird pose.

#i’ve seen images of cats where they basically lay with their torso facing the opposite direction to their lower body-#because spines are merely a suggestion for cats #but i’ve never seen one sit like this before #the way the hind leg is under the body reminds me of the prob-not-good-for-circulation method of sitting that i tend to do on chairs #cat

Was thinking about the possibility of including my tattoos on my sonas and I got to wondering how that would actually logically work on mobians with fur/ furries in general because the fur would cover the tattooed skin right?

idk maybe you could say in universe they’ve invented a way to change the colour of the hair from the follicle itself?

#could possibly use the same technology to change their coat colour or even just their lane #but i also imagine it might be an arduous process which makes it more ideal for localised areas- such as with tattoos

The weather has been sunny all week but this is first day of this week that I’m not at work and suddenly it’s turned overcast >:/

#i say this but i will proceed to spend the rest of the day in the shade because my skin conforms to the irish stereotype of burning easily #one time i even managed to get a sunburn on a mild overcast day #but there’s a vibe that’s missing when the sun’s not out y’know?#and the warmth is appreciated too #so yes i will spend the whole day under a gazebo and i will enjoy it thank you very much

I’ve booked next week off work, very very excited to have a fun + chill week in the lovely weather we’ve been having :)

#well i’m working from home on monday -everyone in the office is doing the same actually for reasons too long to explain #and i figured may as well just work that day rather than book it off to save a day of annual leave #doubt i’ll be handed much work that day anyway #in fact if the house wifi reaches far enough i’ll set up the laptop out the back garden. enjoy the weather rather than being stuck inside #ANYWAY a lot planned that that. trip to beach trip to the museum trip to city centre and lunch + drinks at the pub

I naturally run quite cold, so as a result I love summer and being able to exist at a warm temperature without needing a ridiculous amount of layers ☺️

#if it was winter i’d be sitting here in the office with a thermal vest‚ a jumper‚ a jacket‚ gloves‚ and even my coat if it was extra cold #but today? i am sitting here nicely in a maxi dress and a light blouse :)#i understand the logic that it’s easier to get warm than to cool down -can always add layers but there’s only so much you can remove #but to me while being too warm can be miserable- provided you stay out of the sun it doesn’t hurt the way being too cold does #like to me being freezing feels borderline painful #zippy speaks

Earlier today when I was out walking the dog we passed by somebody walking a German Shepherd puppy!

Super cute, the wee puppy was young enough to still have one floppy ear. It also tickles me immensely that this puppy was practically twice the size of my fully-grown adult jack russel/yorkie mix

#variance between dog breeds is so fun #like wdym a chihuahua and an irish wolf hound are technically the same animal #zippy speaks
