hardest pill I had to swallow this year was learning that no matter how good you could be to someone, no matter how much you love them, now matter how much you wanna work things out, they can & will turn their back on you & there’s absolutely nothing you can do but let yourself hurt, heal, then keep moving forward. you will meet someone who is a light in your life who wants to put a ring on your finger, and does just that.
