not to directly encourage self harm but going through a rough mental/emotional moment and having physical wounds is kind of helpful like rn im going thru some shit fr but i also splashed myself with hot ass oil while making this delicious scrundidilydumptious salmon and have 4 seriously blistering burns and accidentally cut my pinky tip while replacing a blade And i got my tummy tattoo touched up today and i feel it is really doing a phenomenal job of keeping me focused on just Healing and resting and prioritizing relaxing soothing self CarE things which is exactly what will smoothly get me out of my mental rut also the physical wounds have Priority so im always busy replacing a bandage or cleaning and putting on ointment so im not thinking about my other issues lol.
