Catching Julian's eye is hard. He's not someone to give it quickly, it's takes time. You have to need a lot of patience when it comes to Julian.
When it comes to his feelings, Julian is at a loss. He simply doesn't understand it, the tightness in his chest, how his heart beats more faster. He might as well go and ask Xavier but at the same time he doesn't want to do that.
Julian tends to get protective over his friends so don't mind if he pokes his nose into your business. He's not overwhelming, he just worries y'know. He trys to not show his concerns out tho, it might catch suspicion.
When it's fully confirmed by himself that he is indeed in love with you and want to spend an eternity, Julian becomes shy.
Yin and Melissa would encourage him to confess his feelings and push him towards to you. While a beet red Julian trying to get out of his friends arms. I can't see Julian being fully confessing his feelings out to you, aside from little things that he does to show his affection. Xavier would simply sigh at others actions and walk towards to you to explain the situation. It's up to you to reject it or accept Julian's feelings. The moment Xavier says Julian's feelings out to you he will look at you with hope in his eyes, can't reject him now can you?
