Shaykh Abdurahman Bin As-Sa'adi said:  ❝When the Companions [رضي الله عنهم] and those after them used to find themselves negligent or their Eemaan was being scattered and weakened, they would say to each other: sit with us so we can increase our Eemaan for an hour.

‌‏

They would remember Allaah, they would remember the religious and worldly blessings, and by that they would renew their Eemaan.❞

“If My slave focuses on praising Me and that distracts him from asking Me for what he needs, I will give him the best of what I give to those who ask of Me.”

"There are two blessings that many people are deceived into losing: health and free time."

Shaykh Ibn Uthaymīn رَحِمَهُ الله said:

“One person eats simply to satisfy his desire, while another eats in obedience to the command of Allah:

﴿وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا﴾ الأعراف ٧

'Eat and drink.'

For the latter, eating becomes an act of worship, whereas for the former, it remains nothing more than a habit.”

He then mentioned the statement of some of the scholars:

“The acts of worship of the heedless become mere habits, while the ordinary habits of those who are spiritually conscious become acts of worship.”

“Refrain from harming people, for it is your charity due upon yourself.”

كُفُّ شَرَّكَ عَنِ النَّاسِ فَإِنَّهَا صَدَقَةٌ مِنْكَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ

Wasting time is worse than death, because wasting time cuts you off from Allah and the Hereafter,

whereas death cuts you off from this world and its people.

At this time, remember. Its not over till last breath. The fight is still on till last breath. So giving up is not the solution. Islam tells us that you don’t even give up even if your book of deeds is presented in your left hands on the big day. Because who knows you may qualify for shifaat of Rasul Allah sallalaho alayhi wassalam. So do not give up doing good, just because you feel you failed in something big. You don’t know which Amal becomes a reason for your salvation.
