this is a writing prompt blog full of prompts I come up with 100% organically. my primary aim is to provide actual plots, as I've always noticed vague ideas dominate the writing prompt "market", but I do a bit of everything. no credit is required when using any, but it's always appreciated. I post one prompt per day. don't put my shit through AI, just let the AI generate the prompts for you if you're gonna be so dumb.

There's a memory you keep returning to.

Carnival lights bright and beaming. The merry-go-round spun twice as slowly as it usually does. They gazed into your eyes with a faint smile, but it felt sinister, uncomfortable, like grieving. There's a flash of yourself falling from somewhere, of all the lights going dark, of your car keys being abandoned on the side of the road.

For some reason, I no longer have the ability to delete the spam comments on any post I make here?
