am I available for commision?: most of the time yes
cost of it?: nothing (sometimes I don’t have motivation so it might be a couple days late)
what do I draw: mainly people but I can also do animals just not as well. When I mean people, I do not mean realistic drawings. Check out my stuff. It is cartoony. I’m open to stepping out of my comfort zone, but not for a free commission. I will turn down a request if I don’t think I can/dont want to do it.
feel free to dm or ask me to draw stuff. If you aren’t a bot, dm me saying “Hello Potato” cause there are too many bots… I’m sorry

I saw you participated in artfigt - I don't know if it's over or not yet - but I wanted to ask what your impressions were?
What was it like for you to draw?
Did you particularly like any of the drawings?
Did anyone draw anything for you?
Would you like to participate next year?
yeah ofc!! I love answering questions!
What was it like for you to draw?: Drawing is just something that came naturally. My grandma bought me a bunch of “how to draw in manga” style and I am deeply grateful for those gifts because I don’t think I would be the artist I am. Now what is it like to draw on Artfight? Well it’s stressful, ngl. I want to be perfect and want the original artist to be happy with it as well as myself.
Did you particularly like any of the drawings?: Idrk which “drawings” in particular are being talked about, so I’ll just talk about the attacks I’ve made. I cherish all of them, but I think my favorite has to be Yssa created by Y_ssa. It was just so fun to draw such a bubbly and pastel character which is honestly out of my comfort zone.
Did anyone draw anything for you?: Yes!! I think about 7-8 people have revenges or attacked me and I can’t wait for more if artists are willing to draw my babies.
Would you like to participate next year?: %100!! This is such a fun experience and I can’t wait for the next t coming years and for the improvements the dev team have in plan!

The familiar click of their key opening their door filled Grian and Mumbo’s ear as they walked into their shared apartment.
“What do you think about calling it, ‘Perfect Heartbreak?’” Grian asked, dropping the key into the small bowl.
“Too 2000s,” Mumbo replied, untying his tie and flopping on the couch.
Grian nod, “Right… right.”
He watched a tail dart under the dinner table. Maui. He smiled and sat on the floor, waiting for his cat to come up to him.
That was when there was a ring of Mumbo’s phone. The mustached Brit grabbed it and started reading.
“Who’s that?” Grian asked, leaning forward to see if he could see Maui from where he sat.
“Some random named LadderKing. He is proposing to edit your songs so you can post them online, not just sit in front of Jimmy’s garage.”
This made Grian look up.
“LadderKing?”
“Yeah, sounds like a joke,” Mumbo scoffed, before tossing his phone to the coffee table.
“No no no wait! What if he’s being serious?” Grian protested.
“He’s asking for 50 pound a song. We don’t have that kind of money, G.”
“But if we meet him in person, maybe we can discuss a deal. A compromise.”
Mumbo turned his head, making eye contact with his roommate.
“How did he even find you?” Grian asked as Maui finally crept onto his lap.
“Apparently he knows Joel through gaming and heard he was in a band. Lives in the UK now, I guess.”
Grian pursed his lips, “I think he’s legit.”
“And what? Dox this random Tim’s address?”
“Dox is kind of harsh.”
Mumbo narrowed his eyes and tilt his eyebrow.
“Then what was giving Scar my mum’s—“
“Hey,” Grian tightened his jaw.
“Sorry.”
The mustached man muttered as he looked away.
“Sensitive topic, I know. Have you talked to him since—“
“The break up slash ghosting? Hell no.”
There was an awkward silence between the two. The only noise spreading through the stale quiet was of Maui purring against Grian’s hand.
“Do whatever you want Mumbo…” Grian muttered as he scooped up the feline who let out a whimper of protest on being scooped up like a doll.
“Alright. Good night G.”
The singer only nod as he walked into his bedroom, and closed the door with a click. Maui was placed on his bed and he finished getting ready for the night. With a sigh, he slid into the sheets before turning on the yellow glow of his screen. Without thinking, he found himself staring at old messages of an old relationship. Grian typed, before getting rid of the message. He lay his phone face down on the cold nightstand and rubbed the bridge of his nose as he placed his folded glasses on top. His pet purred on his side as he lay down once again, staring at the pop corn ceiling. Scar loved popcorn. He loved watching Star Wars and stuffing his face with chocolate covered corn kernels and—
“Damn it Grian…” he scolded to himself.
This is the third time today he spiraled about his ex.

Joel shut the door, hung his jacket on its hanger, untied his shoes, and kicked them off under the splintered wooden bench.
His gaze drifted to the faint blue-ish green glow coming from the living room as voices laughed and chirped. He took a quick bite of the wet inside of his mouth before creeping over to the living room.
Joel was met with the TV casting the only light source in the entire room with the smell of alcohol drifting into his senses. He gave a pained expression, bracing himself before rounding around the back of the couch to find his mother passed out on the cushions. The smell was more prominent due to her mouth limply open and a nearly empty bottle in her fingers which she was holding by the neck with four fingers.
Joel wished he could be shocked. He wished he could feel something.
Pain. Despair. Fear.
All he felt was the need to get her to vomit as quick as possible, force drink her some water, and get her in bed.
“Mum,” he said, taking away the bottle, ignoring the three empty ones nearby.
“Mum, you need to wake up.”
Her eyes cracked open before they closed. This made him huff in frustration. With a grunt, Joel slid an arm around her shoulders, dragging her up. Oh, how thankful he was that he was 19 now and actually had some muscle to lift her. He tried not to think about the struggle 12 year old Joel had the first time he found her half dead.
Getting her to the nearest bathroom was easy. Making her vomit what ever poison was going though her system would to be the hard part. They could be there for hours.
Joel helped her on her knees and kept her steady as he rubbed her back, keeping her greasy hair out of her face. Sweat beads dotted her forehead.
He made a mental note to have her bathe the morning.
His thoughts were halted as she bent over the bowl and hurled. Well, that was quicker than he expected.
“There you go…” he mumbled, rubbing her back.
She whined, “Don’t go, baby.”
He closed his eyes.
“Never, mum. Never.”
After an hour of cleaning, dressing, and comforting, Joel finally was able to confidently close the door to her room and head to his own. He stripped before putting on some pajama pants. His eyes looked out the window that over looked his driveway. With an animated walk, he went over to the window, resting a hand on the glass like he did when he was 12 that day. That day where he watched the rusty red truck drive off, burning rubber as it loudly rushed off. He had barely been able to see through the glass due to both the falling of the rain and the tears in his eyes.
Now, he was 19, balancing a normal life and trying to keep his mom afloat. Joel blinked, realizing his breath had fogged up the glass and his finger tips had left prints. He backed away slowly, as to not shock himself as he stepped back, sitting on his bed.
He liked his bed.
It had probably seen more versions of him than Gem had. It was there for him when he cried, he laughed on the phone, he helped Grian write his first song, when he stayed up late at night writing an essay due the next morning. It was comforting. He could lay in it for days if he didn’t have friends to think about. If he didn’t have his mum to worry about.
Joel lay on his side and gripped the blankets, trying to not fall into the hole of despair. Endless falling of looking at the past. He hated his brain. Thankfully, Tim’s endless criticism during practice and dealing with his mum tired him out enough that he could curl up, close his eyes, and be knocked out like a light in minutes.
you guys seemed to like the first one so here ya go :)

Story underneath so you don’t have to have your screen taken over by text if you don’t want to read it.
I was going to make this into a comic, buuuuut that would take too much work. This is a AU I made using the characters from the Life Series. This mainly focuses on the characters from Lim Life, but I did incorporate a few differences in friends and am trying to include all characters. Even the ones that were in Lim Life. I’ve had this writing in my drafts for a few months and finally had the courage to release the first part. So please let me know how you like it.

“That was pretty good guys,” Grian grinned, wrapping up the cord of his mic around his palm.
“Pretty good! That was amazing!” Gem exclaimed, clapping her hands as she stood up from the couch, beaming like a child on Christmas morning.
“Jimmy was a little pitchy…” Mumbo mumbled from the couch, scrolling on his phone as he smirked under his mustache.
“Oi! You shut it, Jumbo!” Jimmy snapped.
Joel rolled his eyes and started grabbing his things as Gem walked up next to him.
“Could you walk me home again?”
The drummer smiled and nod, “When would I not?”
The two were childhood best friends and were pretty much siblings, due to how much time their mothers had spent together. And he much Gem’s mum helped his—
“Hey, Ish. Keep a beat next time. You were all over the place,” Grian chimed in, resting an arm on Joel’s shoulder, having to raise his heels off the ground to do so.
“Oh hush,” Joel mumbled, shrugging him off as he put on his jacket, feeling the familiar, warm leather weight on his back. “Thanks Tim for letting us use your garage again.”
Jimmy shrugged, “Thank my parents for dealing with our Bull at 9:30 at night.”
“It’s your bedroom.”
“And it’s a beautiful bedroom,” Jimmy said curtly.
“Beautiful? That’s an interesting way to put it…” Mumbo muttered, eyeing the women on the various posters that were pinned against the walls of the garage.
Joel smirked before gesturing Gem to head out, which she did with a smile. The drummer gave a wave to the band before heading out. It had rained that morning and the dew was making the air sticky. But Joel kept his jacket on, hands in his pockets with his drum sticks sticking out.
The minutes were quiet before Joel realized Gem was talking.
“Sorry, what did you say?” He asked, coming out from his zoned out state.
Gem blinked and looked at him, her thin rimmed glasses making her large eyes larger.
“I was saying that I didn’t know what G was talking about. You sounded on beat to me.”
Joel smiled before watching the sidewalk go by under their feet. Her perfectly white sneakers trying to stay in sync with his beaten up Converses.
“Thanks Gem.”
“Hey, are you okay?”
His dull brown eyes flickered up to the view in front of him. A dark void of the neighborhood they lived in, light posts and the moon creating enough light for him to see a meter.
“Joel?”
“I’m fine.”
He didn’t even need to turn his head to see his best friend’s concerned, green eyes staring at him. That was when he realized her sneakers weren’t in sync with him. He didn’t even see them. He halted to turn around, seeing her completely stopped, arms crossed and head tilted down.
“Gem—“
“Joel.”
He ran his tongue over his teeth before looking away from her with a huff.
“Joel, why won’t you be honest with me?”
“I’m fine, Gem.”
A pause.
“How’s your mum?”
Silence.
“Can this wait?”
“Joel.”
“Gem?”
He turned to face her again. This time, those green eyes were glossy.
“Oh, Gem…” he mumbled, opening his arms.
She rest her forehead on his shoulder as they hugged.
“You know I’m here for you. My mum and dad are here for you. Both of you.”
Joel licked his chapped bottom lip as he stroked her ginger braid.
“Let’s get you home.”
He felt her jaw open on his chest, then close, then a nod of her head.
The sneakers started walking again, but weren’t trying to keep in line with the Converses. There was not a single word shared until they got to the front door of the Tay’s house hold.
“Good night Gem.”
“You know I’m just a call away.”
His diafram exhaled as he closed his eyes.
“I know.”
Gem grabbed his face, making him stare into the concerned mother eyes, a pair of eyes he’d never seen in his own mum.
“Please, Joel.”
He grabbed her hands gently and closed them together, one on top of the other.
“I promise, I will.”
Firm eyes. No hesitation. Meaning it. Poker face.
Gem didn’t call his bluff and nodded, “Okay. Get some water and sleep.”
Joel only nod as he let go of her hands, giving a lopsided smile.
Gem returned the smile before backing away and heading into her home, leaving Joel alone to find the balls to do a 180 and go to his own home across the street. He clenched his fists, chewed off nails digging into his palms, not creating more than an indent, before he turned on his heel. One step at a time.
Left.
Right.
Left.
Right.
He hadn’t even bothered to walk on his driveway. Just cut straight through the grass. Before he knew it, the doorknob was within arms reach. He stared at it, knowing it was unlocked. He forgot to lock it when heading to Tim’s, and knew damn well his mum hadn’t checked.
His hand clamped around the metal, turned it, and stepped into the void he called home.
Home.

The city was cold and grey. Not your regular morning of a very late winter that pushed back any form of spring away from March kind of chill. Instead, it was the stale bite of the clouds that made even the chirpiest of people want to stay home and lay in bed all day. To Peter “Jay” Harrison, this was a regular day, and he did not have a choice to stay home and lay in bed. His knuckles tightened around his black coffee as he trudged into the Vegas Detective Agency, the hell hole he had the misfortune to call his job. Penny, the front desk secretary who was the only person who somehow managed to terrify Jay in every conversation, beamed when she saw him.
“Officer Harrison!” She exclaimed, her New York accent thicker than her curly hair that bounced as she fluttered over to him.
“I knew a little bruise on the nose wouldn’t keep you down! No sir, I told Officer Weldon you wouldn’t.”
“It’s great to see you too, Ms Morgan,” Jay muttered under his breath as he took a light sip of his coffee before quickly recoiling at the heat that burnt his taste buds off. The two started walking down the hallways of the agency, many people not needing to avoid stares from him. It was just natural. Jobs were getting finished and that was the way it should be. But in reality, he was like a celebrity. A king in the detective realm. Eventually, coworkers started to die down on the wide eyed puppy glances as he past which was quite refreshing to not have to glare down so many rookies to make them look away.
“Oh, honey, I’ve told you you don’t need to call me that! I’m just Penny to you, doll,” she explained, patting his forearm with the pads of her fingers with one hand, while waving the other like her chipper personality didn’t take up enough space.
“Right,” he said through grit teeth as he took another daring sip of his drink, until a heavy arm fell on his shoulders making black coffee fly out of the opening of the lid. A voice rang in his ear from next to him. A voice that made Jay himself rather throw himself on a live grenade.
“JJ! My man!”
Cory M. Weldon. The most clueless bastard Jay had ever had the unfortunate chance to have to work with.
“Weldon…” He muttered as he looked at his coffee cup to find a pool of caffeinated ink daring to spill on his shirt. It was too early in the morning to attempt to correct Cory for the thousandth time about his name.
“That’s me,” he let out that stupid bird squawk seen as a pathetic excuse for a laugh, “How’s the nose?”
“Don’t even remind me,” Jay mumbled as he slurped up the coffee puddle. The coffee would’ve smelled beautiful in contrast to Cory’s overwhelming use of cologne, had Jay’s nose not have been broken, “Haven’t been able to smell for a week.”
“Oh you poor dear!” Penny gasped and pouted like a kicked puppy. Her cubby face gave him a look like loosing the sense of smell was the just as upsetting as a pet owner learning their cat got sick.
“That’s crazy, man,” Cory frowned as he shifted his gaze on an unsuspecting female coworker’s ass farther than a lowered gaze should go, “Also, Chief wants to see us.”
“Us…?” Jay usually wasn’t surprised. But the fact the head of the department wanted him in the same room as Cory made him sick. If Jay had to partner with this man child again, he would personally suck on a revolvers’ barrel.
“Well I’ll let you boys go. Good bye now!” Penny twirled and waved like the two were boys sailing off to the World War 2 battlefront. In all reality, the Chief’s office was worse.
