I have an amazing friend beyond words and I feel like crying because I've been a shit friend but she is amazing despite that.

my new job I only have half an hour lunch and there's no food places nearby so if I don't prepare a sandwich which are always healthy then I starve lol so it makes it pretty easy while at work compared to my last job where I had an hour in the middle of every fast food place you could think of. and I hated my job so I definitely comfort ate.

I'm quitting drinking for a little while, well for as long as I can manage, and started eating healthily this week, and the only thing that's made this tolerable so far is starting to drink coffee. why cannot I destroy bad habits without replacing it with something else. will I start smoking crack when I quit tobacco.

I hated my job so I quit. I finally have free time but no money. I'm starting to stress about money. I get offered a new job with much better money but the idea of going back into full time work depresses me. But I need the money. Why is adult life like this.
