The tyrant was so large that he barely even noticed the smaller creature land on him. It was like the equivalent of a bug landing on a person.
Luckily he didn't immediately slap whatever touched him out of instinct. It seems he's gotten a lot more tolerable in his old age.
The little human noticed the the huge beetle resembling bot was fast asleep. So they just decided to join him, since a while ago they figured out that his plating becomes a pleasant warm temperature when he's asleep.
They climbed up onto his back and decided to settle down on his tank turret. They lied down holding their buggy plushie close to their chest and for a while they stroked the warm metal beneath them before also drifting to sleep.
Little did they know that the tyrant woke up in the middle of this.

When the tyrant recieved ✨️the pats✨️ his entire frame started to vibrate as his tank engine began idling. It was a cybertronians equivalent to 'purring'

The tyrant was down in the basement working on minicon experiments when he felt something press against the side of his arm. He paused and looked over, seeing the tiny form of his minicon resting against his much larger arm, it seemed the other was exhausted after a long day. Armada sighed and moved his arm, letting the small bot fall on the desk before picking him up and placing him on his shoulder. With the minicon out of the way he continued his work

The tyrant was tired. It had been a long day and he was starting to fall asleep in his throne. His helm bobbed with heaviness as he tried to keep his optics open. He didn't notice the familiar blue femme until she was already in the process of snuggling up to him, which made him jump a little. Once he knew who it was he felt more comfortable and gave her a small smile, he'd even rest an arm over her frame.
The two dozed off and napped peacefully

The tyrant seen the Texan bot approach him out of the corner of his optics. He tried to ignore the other because he was busy cataloging his previous work experiments, but as thundercracker got close and began to get comfortable beside him he found the movements harder to ignore. He slowly looked down after he finished typing up a sentence and observed as the smaller bot curled up like a cat wanting affection.
The tyrant sighed and went back to work, turning his attention back to the monitor. He allowed thundercracker to stay there, but if he started moving too much the Texan would end up on the floor
