It pisses me off that perverts into weird kinks will compare people judging them for "what they do in the privacy of their bedrooms" to homophobes trying to police gay people. Gay people weren't just fighting for the right to do whatever we want in the privacy of our bedrooms. We fought for the right to hold hands in public, to proudly say "my girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband" without fear of persecution, the right to marry, the right for our relationships to be treated with respect and dignity in the public sphere. We wanted to be able to come out, and not have to hide our lives in the privacy of our own homes. It wasn't just about sex, it was also about love and partnership, but these homophobes just see us as fellow deviants.

I think you should be able to afford to live on your own and completely independently off minimum wage.
