Here are some techniques that help me to stop with madd. I am neither a doctor nor a psychologist. These are just my personal experiences and suggestions. None of them are proven. If you want to try them, go ahead :)  But always have in mind, that things can work for one person and for the other it can even be a trigger. If you feel uncomfortable with it, stop doing it! Some things needed some practice and a strong will before I had some results.

1. I leave the door to my room open. When I feel watched or observed or anybody could walk by any moment, I try to control that I am not daydreaming because I feel embarrassed if somebody would see me doing it.

2. Set a timer. Madd makes you lose a sense of time, an hour can feel like 5 Minutes. I set a timer and try to get things done in that time (for example 6 Minutes for one shower etc.).

GMOs aren’t bad or wrong, but doing things like this is. This isn’t okay. Changing how a potato - or anything - grows should always be about providing for people, not denying them food.
