minors need to be able to feel safe and not be targeted for your sick fantasies because theyâre âeasyâ or âinexperiencedâ. minors shouldnât be told that theyâre âaged up in your headâ. minors shouldnât be taken advantage of by people theyâre trusting to guide them and teach them. adults shouldnât be emotionally and mentally manipulating minors into doing what they want. adults shouldnât be telling minors about how theyâre âjailbaitâ and expecting it to be a goddamn compliment.Â
if an adult is trying to hit on you and youâre under 18, donât entertain it. i know it feels flattering, and i know theyâll tell you everything under the sun about how youâre âjust so mature for your ageâ and about how âyou act so much olderâ, but theyâre just manipulating you. thereâs a reason they canât get with someone their own age. please be smart and be safe. it can be hard to notice the signs and it can be hard to tell yourself that youâre being taken advantage of when you donât realize it, but do your best to stay away from any adult who shows signs of romantic/sexual interest in you.Â
