what do we have here

BBC's Sherlock is basically the only reason I'm back here, lurking. And writing some fluff commentary. 

The Empty Hearse was just so full of joy the very second it started! The scriptwriting, editing & cinematography was just astounding. This is how quality tv is done! 

I have a feeling that Moffat & Gatiss will continue to inflict a whole lot more damage to the fandom's psyche, seeing as we're clearly such blindly devoted masochists (TWO WHOLE YEARS!!!). 

So it's been more than a year since I've bothered to come back here. And be confronted with the numerous Loki-lovin' reblogs I've posted. Which isn't much of a bother considering that Hiddles is, until this very day, still one of God's greatests gifts to mankind. 

I've got about a week to go before stepping into a new decade. To be honest, I've been playing a little mindtrick on myself since the beginning of the year; having it in my headspace that I was 30yo already when technically I was about 29 and a quarter. Just to ease myself into the thought as being officially old. Am quite convinced that you've fully turned into a full-fledged (cynical, jaded and demystified) adult the very moment birthdays stopped getting exciting. Which was around 5 birthdays ago. Or perhaps it's because I'm still single so nobody is under the pressure cooker to make this one extra special.
