Please respect the current limitations of your body!!! If you are approaching a posture for the first time and it causes you physical pain, STOP and get out of it. If you have any questions about a particular pose, please contact me or any other yoga teacher/blogger qualified to answer your safety questions for further modification. Yoga should feel good, you SHOULD feel a stretch.. But it’s should NOT hurt! It’s not just about snapping a pretty picture or checking off a list.. Please be safe & kind to your body!
